Welcome in audiomusikraft.com (hereinafter: the "Site")
We ask you to carefully take note of the terms and conditions that follow, they bind you with the Merchant, owner of the Site. In addition, you accept the electronic mode of communication with the Merchant for all your exchanges and that they meet all the requirements of a written communication.
We reserve the sole discretion to refuse to serve you, to cancel an order, to close your account, to remove or modify the contents of the Site or to cancel an order whether or not you comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Audio MusiKraft (Hereinafter: the « Merchant »)
1. Confidentiality of Personal Information
The products and services offered are intended for sale to adults who have reached the age of majority at your place of residence, i.e. 18 years in the province of Quebec. By using the Merchant's Website you represent him and guarantee that you are the age of majority in your place of residence.
2. Accuracy of information
We do everything in our power to ensure that all information posted on our Site is accurate, but we cannot guarantee this. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, default prices are quoted in US currency.
The merchant reserves the right, as part of its ongoing efforts, to constantly improve our products. The products offered on our Site as well as the dates of offers, prices, availability, options, characteristics, and technical specifications are subject to revision and change without verbal or written notice. It is possible that a product ordered online is no longer available in our inventory or that it cannot be delivered due to a situation beyond our control. We will then cancel the order and refund the amounts paid in exchange if this is the case.
Your sole remedy in case of non-conformity of the description of a product is to return it in its original packaging for reimbursement purposes, in accordance with the refund provisions that apply below.
3. Registration and password
You will need to fill out a registration form to access certain parts and features of the Merchant's Site. You agree to provide us with current and truthful information and to maintain this information at all times.
You agree to protect the privacy of your username and password and access to your computer so that no other person uses it. You are responsible for all transactions in your account using this information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your username and password and any security breach of which you are aware within forty-eight (48) hours following the knowledge of such user situation.
You have the possibility to write comments and criticisms concerning the contents of the Site. You are entirely responsible for the comments you publish, we are not responsible for them and you agree to indemnify the Merchant against any damages arising out of them.
It is forbidden to make statements on behalf of others, to hide your identity or to make statements that are illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory or infringing the privacy or intellectual property of a person or constitutes chains letters, direct mail or spam.
We reserve the right, without obligation, to modify or remove comments without explanation, and we assume no responsibility for the systematic review of published comments.
When you post a comment, you give the Merchant the non-exclusive right to use the royalty-free, royalty-free name and content in a perpetual and irrevocable manner to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate it, disseminate it, communicate it to the public and display it anywhere in the world and on any medium.
We ask you to publish only one review per product unless you want to add new information. You agree to only comment on the products you have personally tried with a respectful tone at all times. Employees and competitors of distributors and manufacturers are prohibited from posting comments.
5. Applicable laws
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or country of Canada applicable to it. In addition, any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the City of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu is located.
6. Current sanctions imposed by Canada (as of September 16th, 2018)
Below is a list of Countries that the Merchant is unable to sell to. Canada has sanctions and related measures in place against a number of countries, as well as sanctions against specific individuals and entities identified as being associated with terrorist activities, including with Al-Qaida or the Taliban.
Canadian sanctions are imposed under the United Nations Act (UNA) or the Special Economic Measures Act (SEMA). For specific information about the sanctions regime in the country where you wish to do business, consult the relevant regulations. These can be found on the country pages linked below.
Canada has imposed sanctions and/or related measures against the following countries:
- Central African Republic
- Democratic Republic of the Congo
- North Korea
- South Sudan
Canada has implemented mechanisms to prevent the concealment and transfer of funds or assets used to finance terrorism. These allow specified measures to be applied to listed terrorist entities.

Payments are done at the current daily exchange rate.
We offer the following payment methods:
Paypal (standard): Various ways of payments at your convenience in your account. We pay the transaction fee. Payment is done through their secure platform.
Credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit or Master Card; secured through Monetico Payment Solutions.
Interac e-Transfer: In Canadian Dollars ($).
Money Orders: We only accept “International Money Orders” in USD (US$) or Canadian Dollars ($CDN). No domestic US Postal money orders are accepted.
Bank draft, bank cheque, company or personal cheque: In US or Canadian Dollars ($).
The default currency is based in US dollars. A currency converter is available at your disposition in the service bar on top of every page.
For Canadian residents, taxes are added at checkout.

9. Minimum Order
Our minimum order amount of goods is US $50.
10. Order errors
In the event that you believe that an error has occurred during the placing of an order, we advise you to notify us without delay, but no later than 48 hours of its discovery by sending us a message to the following email: email@example.com and indicating in sufficient detail the error that has been committed.
Please note that post office boxes are not permitted for delivery.
We encourage the services of Canada Post but we also offer UPS as carriers. In the web boutique, the customer must choose the preferred one as well as the desired shipping mode options, including insurance if desired.

We undertake to deliver your purchases within a reasonable period subject to the availability of the carriers used by the client, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the goods or services purchased.
Any applicable customs, brokering fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
12. Back Orders
We stock what sell in our Web Store and every effort will be made to ship your order complete. However, from time to time and despite every effort on our part, manufacturing delays, shipping delays and other factors beyond our control deplete our inventory. If our inventory is depleted on an item, production is already in process; we will advise you and ship each item as soon as it is available. In the case of extensive delay or unavailability of an item(s), a notification will be issued. If you would like us to cancel any backorder, please advise us at the time you place your order.
13. Cancellation policy for order, termination, claim, exchange, return or refund
An important goal for us is to serve and satisfy our customers. We are confident that the need should not arise for complaint but we do take customer services very seriously and we are sure we can remedy any problem swiftly.
- Termination of compliant and error-free orders are not permitted.
- Claims for errors must be reported immediately upon reception of this order form.
- Claims for shortage or manufacturer defect must be made within fourty-eight (48) hours of receipt of merchandise.
- Customed items, modified Denon cartridges and any parts specifically ordered to fill your requirements are non-returnable.
- Exchanges are accepted when there is non-conformity of the product description compared to that delivered or if the product has a manufacturer defect. For an exchange due to buyer's error, a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount.
- Returns must re-sent back within fourteen (14) days of receiving the merchandise.
- Customers requesting an exchange must contact us by phone for an approval. The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
- All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable in order to be exchanged. Item must be in new condition.
- Exchanges will be processed according to their stock availability. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified by email or by phone.
- In the case of return for exchange, the customer must bear all shipping cost as well as those of brokering and customs clearance.
- No refunds.
- All bargain sale items, surplus products, and custom made or cut items are non-refundable.
Warranty: From the date of purchase Audio MusiKraft warrants their manufactured goods for one (1) year against defect in materials and craftsmanship only. The warranty does not cover any damage by the owner. Please handle your cartridge carefully.
Claims on defective products do not apply to products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident, modification, or products which have been soldered or altered during assembly or are not capable of being tested. For eligibility, the cartridge must return to the manufacturer for inspection and approval.
Transportation: The customer is solely responsible for the delivery of the goods or services he purchased. The risk of damage, abuse, duty, customs, loss, and ownership of the purchased good or service is transferred to you at the time it is delivered to the carrier. The purchaser agrees to inspect the goods at moment of receiving.
Subject to applicable law, merchant excludes any warranties or conditions, express or implied, as to the title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the products and services sold on the site. It also excludes any warranties or conditions, express or implied, in the content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or through the Site and its servers and in the Communications.
15. Limitation of Liability
The Merchant shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the Site or for the purchase of property thereon, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of Profit, use of data or other intangibles, even if the merchant has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The issuing of credit or replacement of goods deemed to be defective is the Merchant's sole obligation, and in no event shall the Merchant's liability exceed the purchaser's original purchase price.
Copyright duties and Trademarks contained in the information published on the Site are protected by laws on intellectual property and are made available on the Site by granting a specific license in this regard.
Accordance with the laws on intellectual property laws, it is prohibited to use, display or exhibit any trademark, copyright or any other copyrighted work accessible on the website for any reason other than to proceed to the sale of such goods and services without the right to sublicense to third parties. The owners of the marks appearing on the Site retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.
If you have reason to believe that violations of the Terms and Conditions have been committed or your work has been copied or operated on our Site in a manner that infringes your intellectual property rights, Inform us as soon as possible by sending us a message at the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org giving us in sufficient detail the infringement that has been committed.
